S 8129 Still Alive--CALL TUESDAY 6-15-10

"Thank You!" to all those who helped spread the word and who called today to speak out against Sen. Thompson's proposed 1 year moratorium. According to our political consultants and others in Albany the calls were 50% landowners and 50% obstructionists. Unfortunately the fire is not out! The EnCon committee did not vote on the bill. It is still alive! Therefore everyone needs to get right back on the phones and let their voices be heard. Everyone needs to do this Tuesday non-stop! Even if you called Monday, call again Tuesday. If you did not call Monday please do so Tuesday. This bill and the Addabbo/Englebright bills are DIRECT THREATS TO YOUR RIGHT TO LEASE YOUR LAND! THEY MUST BE STOPPED NOW. We cannot wait.
