Please urge DRBC to release their regs now

The Catskill mountainkeeper, other antie groups and NY Rep Hinchey are urging the DRBC to complete a cumulative impact study before drilling commences in the DRB, this would result in delays of up to three years.

We need everyone to e-mail the DRBC and tell them that we are tired of their dog and pony show approach to regulations. We have rights to develop our mineral resources just like everyone else and a cumulative impact would unduely delay our rights and economic future.
