Message from the Steering Committee

In the never ending saga of getting this industry regulated--the process is sometimes laughable but ultimately frustrating.

At this juncture the EPA is involved and a supposed town hall meet atmosphere was to take plave on Aug. 12,2010. This has been cancelled for apparent security reason's as the pro drilling community and anti drilling communities tensions have heated up.

We feel, and it is just our opinion, that the EPA will rewite outdated regs that will impact the drilling industry on a national level.Science support's well design and fracking technology to keep the acquifers isolated and this agency must putforth guidelines supporting such but not limit their findings to drinking water issues only. Drinking water for both Philadelphia and NYC metroplex's are from surface water resources in the Delaware River Basin and not sub surface aquifer's.

It will be a while more but as we have said from the beginning the protections of our property and its natural resources remain paramount in our quest to aspire the opportunities this situation provides.

We will stay in touch--Thank you
