This just in--Sorry for the Contradiction in scenario's

The JLCNY went to Albany on Tues. July 13th to meet with the DEC to find out when the SGEIS would be adopted. Unfortunately the news was not good. The SGEIS will not be released until the end of the year. They are waiting for information and results from a consulting firm, that was hired to assist in the review.
