Some predict Land Rush

In my research I have found difference's of opinions that are as opposite as night and day. But one recently that struck a cord makes sense if you weigh the content

1-2 years ago there were 14 companies leasing and drilling in the Marcellus now there is 57.
2- The 14 were predominently gas companies but now 3 major international oil companies have joined the fray.
3- It has become apparent, through geological research and data, tha NYS is like no other State and has 27 different layer's of concern that will produce ng. This is known as a STACKED PLAY.
4-With the main formation at present time being the Marcellus, the Utica formation is much the new talk and it's capability of outpreforming the expectations of the Marcellus for many years to come is becoming more and more apparent.
5-This area in Sanford is in the Fairway of both plays. With terrific geo characteristics will this area see a land rush by gas companies ?
6- With no safe bet to put one's money today gas companies realize with the increasing population and the need for energy it is a safe bet to tap this recession proof industry that is close to transmission and the thirsty NE consumer component for its consumption.
7-I think a land rush by these companies will be forthcoming.I think once September roles in and natural gas futures adjust their pricing for the winter-- gas companies will want to be positioned for expotential profits. When the competion begins to haggle over our geology is when we sit back and listen to all offers--Geology and the Stacked nature of our location is the best friend a landowner can have
8-I beleive we are in a very unique situation and if calculated properly everyone within our group that signs will be happy they did so..
