Some of you have been asking when I think the drilling will start. Wow--nelly---we dont even have an offer on the table yet.

As posted on another forum no gas companies have been in touch with the drbc ( delaware river basin commision ) in the Sanford/Deposit areas for permits regarding water extraction for horizontal drilling. When they do so expect a 6 month waiting period from initial time of contact for any permit to be issued.

The sgeis report by the NYS DEC is still being reviewed and hopefully we will know of it's full content as some speculate by the end of March 2010.
